And as we know, muscle helps with everything from maintaining a healthy, flexible metabolism, soft tissue integrity, bone health, detoxification, greater nutritional leeway, and more!

What you need to know.

These yoga flows are *strength-based*, which means if you are used to fast-paced yoga classes with intricate sequences that lack structure, this is going to FEEL DIFFERENT!

  • They might feel a bit slower (and perhaps even less dynamic!) compared to your typical vinyasa flow classes

  • My goal for you (besides staying safe) is to challenge how you build strength, muscle & tone.

  • The goal isn't to get you out of breath and sweaty (although I'm sure you'll break a sweat), it's about feeling that deep, muscle-engaging burn.
