Progressive yoga flows designed for women 40+ who want to build strength, get toned and boost mental resilience so that you can feel more comfortable in your skin.
And as we know, muscle helps with everything from maintaining a healthy, flexible metabolism, soft tissue integrity, bone health, detoxification, greater nutritional leeway, and more!
These yoga flows are *strength-based*, which means if you are used to fast-paced yoga classes with intricate sequences that lack structure, this is going to FEEL DIFFERENT!
They might feel a bit slower (and perhaps even less dynamic!) compared to your typical vinyasa flow classes
My goal for you (besides staying safe) is to challenge how you build strength, muscle & tone.
The goal isn't to get you out of breath and sweaty (although I'm sure you'll break a sweat), it's about feeling that deep, muscle-engaging burn.
