The 6-week program consists of three phases, with 12 flow segments. You'll practice twice a week.
The yoga flows are structured progressively, allowing you to build a strong foundation through repetition.
As the weeks go by, the intensity increases, aiming to build more muscle while maintaining tone.
Each yoga flow recording breaks down movements, offers alignment cues, and provides modifications for beginners or those with injuries.
As a woman in my 40s, I've come to appreciate the importance of maintaining and even building muscle as we age.
This program will increase your strength and tone your muscles, making it an excellent first step in developing lean muscle.

The difficulty level of these yoga classes depends on your current experience and yoga proficiency level. Each session provides options to customize your practice to your comfort, recognizing that the right balance is crucial for progress. Sometimes, less can truly be more when it comes to yoga.
Yes, this will be a common concern, and warranted. Consistency is key, and by making these yoga sequence on the short side (30-45 minutes) hopefully that provides a low barrier to entry. But bottom line, a lot of women won't be able to commit to 2 days a week, and that is fine. You need to make it work for you and your unique schedule and priorities. The program calendar lays out a 2 day/week suggested schedule BUT, I’d like to see you commit at least 1 day a week.
Starting Tuesday, May 7th, you'll begin receiving two pre-recorded yoga flows. Upon enrollment, as soon as you make your payment, you'll be directed to a Thinkific site to set up your personal password. You can download the Thinkific app from the Apple or Google store. Every Tuesday morning, you'll receive an email notification, and you'll find the week's classes on the portal within the Thinkific app.
These are pre-recorded classes, drip fed every Tuesday for you to practice. Each yoga flow comes with a written description. The program provides a systematic approach with a laid-out schedule, making it easy for you to follow and know exactly what to do and when. The goal is to see improvements in your physique and strength through consistency. You’ll be able to track your progress in the app, which can be really motivating when you get that yoga flow streak!
This comes up frequently, and the closed group provides an excellent platform for addressing questions on form or modifications to ensure a safe and effective practice. The yoga flows will include modifications or alternatives. However, sequences may not be best for you if you’re dealing with chronic pain and injuries, or you have extremely limited mobility, or you are a true beginner who has never practiced yoga before.
You'll want to go for a comfy, non-slip yoga mat for your practice. It not only gives you a stable surface but also ensures you're safe during your yoga sessions. Consider using yoga blocks to adjust postures and vary intensities when you practice. Yoga belt/yoga strap may come handy for deeper stretches and added support when needed.
Pre-recorded sessions are sent out to your inbox every Tuesday for 6 weeks. If your goal is to see improvements in your body, going for a systematic approach is the way to go. While you might stumble upon random yoga classes on YouTube or squeeze in the occasional studio class (if time allows), it can work for a bit but might not be the most effective route for building strength, flexibility, and balance.

I'm thrilled to offer prerecorded yoga sessions that you can do whenever it suits you best. These classes run for about 30-45 minutes each, and the best part is, you don't need to make a huge commitment to keep up with the program.
You'll join a community where you can connect with other women, ask questions, and share your successes. Every Saturday, I'll check in with you to track your progress and address any questions you may have. If necessary, I may record demonstration videos to visually explain any queries you raise.
