In my 16 years practicing yoga and 8 years as a professional, I've found that consistency and repetition are BEST for seeing results in yoga.
I began practicing yoga in 2008 while searching for dance classes and stumbled upon Ashtanga yoga, instantly drawn to its style. I fell in love with its physical demands and mental fortitude.
In 2016, I became a certified yoga teacher, though attracting clients wasn't immediate. My aim was to gain teaching hours and enhance my skills, leading me to discover my true passion.
Since then, I've completed an additional 336 hours of training.
In 2019, I launched www.nataliarennie.com and have taught over 3,000 hours to students of varying skill levels.
My promise is to help you establish consistent habits for improved health, becoming physically strong and mentally resilient so you can feel confident in your own skin again.
