“I really loved the flow, from the smooth beginning continued to warm up and work on spine muscles as well as the core strength. I felt my legs warm up, too. Moreover I appreciate the arms work half pushups 💪The opening for my shoulders is very important as they tend to shorten and I felt this very nice opening of the spine what got me to great final result of the flow. I felt the result although I am not early beginner today and loved it 🥰 ”

“Today I had a chance to come back to Flow #3 and I really enjoy the Flow from its start. I appreciate it heats up the body but calms down the mind, too. When thoughts are present I feel the need to focus on breathing and be present on the mat otherwise I either miss the pose or need to repeat it to get it right 😊
I really feel how different the body feels and reacts with tightness when I don’t have a chance to get back on daily routine. The best time is definitely in the morning but during the week starting 7am in the office would mean getting on the mat at 5am”
