WE WILL WORK TO IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. I take a client-based approach by meeting where you are today and helping you meet your goals. What matters is that you remain engaged in the process.
WE WILL FOCUS ON BUILDING YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND GREATER STRENGTH IN MOVEMENT RANGES. I will teach you very clean and precise vinyasa-based yoga. I will deliver classes in clear and easy-to-follow alignment audio cues.
YOU WILL HAVE THE PLATFORM TO SWITCH OFF AND FOCUS COMPLETELY. You will learn to enter and maintain a deeper meditative state on the mat.
